Production capabilities

We build the system around the event.

The room, audience and schedule lead the plan. BFE can keep the setup compact, scale the sound, add purposeful lighting or support separate spaces with independent systems.

BFE Productions DJ, sound and lighting system prepared on an event stage

Scalable by design

Use what serves the room. Leave out what doesn’t.

A corporate program, wedding reception and outdoor production do not need the same system. We’ll recommend the practical level of sound, lighting and control after we understand the venue, access, power and expectations.

01

Lighting

Lighting is optional and scoped separately from base DJ service.

  • Two Chauvet DJ GigBAR Move systems on FlexSTAND FX ILS stands
  • Sixteen color-capable LED pars for room and stage coverage
  • Two 300-watt moving-head beams
  • Adjustable truss up to 10 feet high and 15 feet wide in five-foot sections
02

DJ systems

Professional tools, redundant cabling and a presentation suited to the event.

  • Pioneer DDJ-FLX10 with MacBook Pro for the standard DJ system
  • Two CDJ-3000 players with a DJM-V10-LF mixer for the full DJ experience
  • Custom DJ table available for an upgraded presentation
  • Mobile hotspot and Starlink capability where connectivity supports the plan

Sound systems

We match the sound system to the room and the work.

BFE has two practical starting points for event sound. We review the audience, room, program and access before recommending the system that fits the event.

JBL PRX ONE

The PRX ONE keeps the footprint clean.

Two PRX ONE column systems provide a practical option for weddings, corporate programs, ceremonies and other events where clear coverage and clean sightlines matter. They can travel with BFE’s standard DJ system when the event does not require subwoofers.

JBL SRX800 series

The SRX system adds output and low-frequency headroom.

Two SRX835P mains can be paired with up to four SRX828SP dual 18-inch subwoofers for larger rooms, outdoor events and programs that need more output. Any subwoofer deployment requires the cargo trailer, so BFE reviews power, access and load-in before confirming the system.

VisionDMX

VisionDMX builds lighting around the movement of the show.

VisionDMX gives BFE direct control over how the lighting changes through an event. We can program color, ultraviolet looks, movement and transitions around the music, the room and the production plan.

Pioneer Pro DJ Link

The DJ system provides the timing.

Within a compatible Pioneer Pro DJ Link environment, VisionDMX receives timing and track-analysis information from the active deck. Prepared show cues can follow the beat and respond to phrase changes as the music develops. The DJ remains in control of the set while the lighting follows the show map prepared for the event.

Beyond the DJ booth

VisionDMX can serve live bands and other systems.

VisionDMX can also be commissioned and deployed for a live band or another playback and control system. BFE starts with the stage plot, fixture plan, performance structure and available control signals. We can then build a show around manual cues, audio response, or supported MIDI, OSC and DMX connections. The final workflow is tested with the production system before the event.
