About this website

This website is operated by Barnes Family Enterprises LLC, doing business as BFE Productions (“BFE,” “we,” “us”). It provides general information about BFE services and a way to submit an event inquiry.

Inquiries are not bookings

Submitting a form, receiving a reply or discussing a proposed event does not reserve a date or create a service agreement. A booking is confirmed only when the required written agreement is signed and the required reservation payment is received, subject to the terms of that agreement.

Estimates and service information

Website descriptions are general and may not reflect the final scope for a specific event. Availability, equipment, staffing, travel, trailer mobilization, venue requirements and pricing are reviewed for each job. Estimates remain subject to the written terms and expiration stated in the estimate or proposal.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to:

• Submit false, unlawful, abusive or misleading information
• Interfere with the website, its security or other users
• Attempt unauthorized access to stored information or systems
• Copy or misuse BFE branding, creative work or website content

Intellectual property

The BFE Productions name, logos, original graphics, photographs, copy and other site content are owned by BFE or used with permission. They may not be reproduced or used to suggest an affiliation without written permission.

Availability and warranties

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every page will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, BFE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
