BFE Productions supports events across Southeast Missouri and considers surrounding-area travel based on the venue, schedule and production scope. Share the event location with us, and we’ll confirm what is practical.

The core is regional. The experience travels farther.
Our common service corridor connects Springfield, St. Louis, Nashville and Memphis. Confirmed event locations also reach Minnesota and the West Coast. Every new event is reviewed for travel, venue access and production requirements.

Travel with production
Equipment needs affect transportation. Larger sound deployments may require trailer mobilization, which we account for separately when we prepare the scope and quote.
Why there is no fixed mileage ring
The event plan determines what travel requires.
A compact DJ setup and a larger sound system do not create the same transportation needs. Subwoofer deployments require BFE’s cargo trailer, so the equipment plan matters as much as the distance.
